Process

Our process

A Structured Process for Improving Existing Digital Materials

01

Assess

Evaluate the current state

We review existing websites, content, branding, and digital materials to identify gaps, inconsistencies, usability concerns, and opportunities for improvement.

02

Define

Establish requirements and priorities

We clarify project objectives, audience needs, required updates, and visual direction to ensure the work aligns with agreed priorities.

03

Implement

Apply the approved digital improvements

We revise content, refine designs, and create or update digital materials according to the defined project requirements.

04

Validate

Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing

We evaluate functionality, links, forms, layout, responsiveness, readability, and usability to verify that the final deliverable operates effectively and meets its intended requirements.

05

Deliver

Finalize and organize project outputs

We provide the completed materials, organized files, and clear documentation of any recommended next steps.

Client onboarding

What Happens Next

A clear onboarding process helps both Epangz and the client begin with the same expectations.

01

Submit an Inquiry

Share your organization, service of interest, objective, existing materials, and expected timeframe.

02

Discuss the Requirement

Epangz reviews the request, asks focused questions, and confirms whether the service is a practical fit.

03

Approve the Scope

The deliverables, exclusions, timeline, responsibilities, revision process, price, and payment terms are documented.

04

Provide Materials

The client supplies the approved content, files, access, decisions, and background information needed to begin.

05

Begin the Project

Work begins after the agreed prerequisites are complete and Epangz confirms the project start.
